Calling all artists!
Do you live in the moment but wish you could find ways to be better prepared - financially, professionally, creatively? Artists Space is proud to launch a new series of workshops and opportunities that will provide a broad range of survival skills for the practicing artist. The season begins with three workshops, and will continue through July 2004 with sessions that cover copyright issues, negotiation skills, letters of agreement and contracts, marketing, portfolio and packet preparation, fundraising and generally, how to get your foot in the seeemingly closed door of the art world. All workshops are free! (but you have to sign up in advance as places are limited.)
Christopher Apgar is a Private Advisor and Managing Director at Rockefeller Global Family Office. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Christopher was a Private Wealth Advisor, Executive Director, Portfolio Management Director, Workplace Advisor – Equity Compensation, and Lending Specialist at Morgan Stanley.
