Segue Reading Series: Sarah Mangold & Toni Simon. May 5, 2022, Artists Space, New York.

Sarah Mangold’s books include Her Wilderness Will Be Her Manners (Fordham, 2021), Giraffes of Devotion, Electrical Theories of Femininity, and Household Mechanics. She is an NEA poetry fellow and was the founder and editor of the literary journal Bird Dog. She lives in Edmonds, Washington.

Toni Simon is a multimedia artist whose work explores the future through trance states. The channeled writing led to her illustrated book Earth After Earth (Lunar Chandelier) and her current book and video animation Telescope Highway (forthcoming from Spuyten Duyvil). Her drawings have been exhibited at the Drawing Center in NYC.
