Segue Reading Series: Charles Alexander & Lonely Christopher. January 29, 2022, Artists Space.

Lonely Christopher is the author of the poetry collections Death & Disaster Series, The Resignation, and In a January Would, all available from Roof Books. He also wrote the short story collection The Mechanics of Homosexual Intercourse and the novel THERE. His plays have been presented in Canada, China, and the United States. His film credits include several international shorts and the feature MOM, which he wrote and directed. He works for homeless queer youth and lives in Brooklyn. Charles Alexander writes poems, makes and publishes books.

Currently he is involved with poetry projects in China and in the American Southwest. He is the author of six full-length books of poetry and 13 chapbooks of poetry, most recently AT the Edge OF the Sea: Pushing Water II (Singing Horse Press), Pushing Water: The Scaffolds. Pushing Water III is forthcoming from Cuneiform Press. He lives in Tucson, Arizona, with his partner, the painter Cynthia Miller.
