Artists Space once again opens another season - its fourth - showing the work of New York Artists who do not have commercial gallery affiliation. Beginning with a two artist exhibition, opening September 18 and closing on the 9th of October, of work by David Salle and Barbara Bloom. David Salle is showing a number of large paper works that combine painting, drawing and photographs. Barbara Bloom’s single piece occupies one room of the gallery and involves the audience in the solving of a mystery introduced on a series of cards each carrying clues.
