8 day long-exposure rinse and reveal
Saturday May 28th, at 3pm
Artists Space

As part of the ISP Studio exhibition, Ivan Forde's site responsive installation pandæmoanium uses collected nails to model a structure on photosensitive material that is exposed for 8 days to natural light entering the apertures of the gallery. Corresponding to the time it takes to cross the Atlantic Ocean by boat, Forde sets conditions to create a new work at Artists Space over the run of the show and stages a public "rinse and reveal" of the results of the experiment.
